How I can change the Win XP Printer default margins?

Hi all,

In Windows XP I need to print from a custom application to a laser printer but the layout printed is too low because the default top margins is 1 inch. The Application cannot change the top margin to print upper.

Is it possible to change the default top margin to 0,35 inch?
