How to connect brother printer to a wireless after hub change

hi there. Could someone help please. I have had brother printer DCP J 315W for 3 years , it has been fine until I had a change of wireless hub. This mean different passwords etc. It seems like my printer finds the new SSID without problems but when I enter password it says wrong password. I don't know why. I tried to call brother services but they said it is my laptop that is faulty and offered to look at it for big fee. I have brand new laptop as well and definitely it is not a laptop fault. I still can print with lead but would like t go back to wireless printing. Is printer set for only one password?
Has anyone else had same problem? Thanks.
