How to Resetting the admin password or to factory settings for Oki B721 and Oki B432​

NEED A OKI PRINTER HELP CENTER NUMBER: 1 (888)*812*8678

These two printers are not accepting the Oki defaults or the passwords we believe we had changed them to. Defaults tried username admin or root and passwords aaaaaa, 000000, 999999, 123456, MAC address. We need to either reset the admin password or restore it to factory settings so we can reconfigure them.
