How to scan on Brother MFC L2713DW

I just got a new Brother MFC L2713DW professionally installed. The problem is I can't scan to email because only Outlook shows. I use Foxmail and I think the technician forgot to install correctly. How can I scan a document and attach and send it by Foxmail? Thanks, from Kimberly.
