Duplex Scanning Removed?

I am trying to scan on my MFC-J6545DW. I was having troubles, so uninstalled and reinstalled the driver and scan utilities. Now the option for a duplex scan no longer appears on my settings screen. What gives? Yes, I have the correct printer identified for the scan. Anybody else having this issue and know a resolution?

No, I get the error about the ADF. I can duplex print, but can't duplex copy or duplex scan. Any suggestions?

What exactly is the ADF error you are seeing?
