I have a HP laserjet M607 K0Q15A I had to replace the formatter. Now it will not detect the duplex section. I got the correct SE# in it still no change. Iv done parcel clean and firmware no change. What I did find out is on the configuration pages. The product code/model is incorrect it shows K0Q14A witch is a simplex model. I'm trying to figure out how to change this. Any help would be much appreciated.
