hp 5550 49.cf81 error

I have an hp 5550n generating a 49.cf81 error. I have removed the j.d. card and the hard drive . Still get message when machine boots up. tried cold reset. and finally a new formatter board. machine goes through bootup and error appears,
Any help would be greatly appricated.
