Purchased in July 09 (6 months old, now) and having trouble with photo paper feed. From other sources, my problem is not an isolated condition. No printer repair facilities in my town will service (they say it's too new). Getting tired of feeding photo paper ( for 4x6, one at a time) several times and it won't pick up.
Anyone have any ideas on how to correct, other than taking this POS back? Right now, I"m not too keen on replacing with another problem printer. Would take recommendations on a replacement. It's running on network (home) with both machines Macs running OSX. Did not use the HP software to set-up, but used Mac software to find and configure.
Any suggestions?
