Hi, I have this colour printer. Recently it started to experience a noticeable colour misalignment. I have learned that it might be fixed by running colour calibration. Unfortunately a wall clock fell from piano directly on the printer's LCD screen. I can't see anything on it. It is cracked.
I wonder if somebody with the printer could navigate me through what up and down arrows and OK press on the LCD menu control pad to press to get to the calibration please?
The button panel does work.

I would guess possibly a sticky solenoid which won't allow the machine to calibrate - it is probably going through an endless calibration loop. There are many videos on youtube to help you.

I wonder how many user accounts here are bots. That doesn't answer her question at all.

There should be a YouTube video with someone showing how they perform the head cleaning on your specific unit through the navigation panel so you can copy their presses OR use the driver software for it and run head cleaning from computer.

There is something sticky in the printer for certain. When I leave it on for few minutes, it sort of goes to sleep, has the cracked monitor unlit for few seconds and then sort of wakes up instantly and start doing self test again.

With regards to original problem, somebody somewhere suggested turning it on without cartridges and it worked. It did realign itself.
