HP ENVY 5055 wont print right shade of blue

so recently ive been having issues trying to get my printer to print the proper shade of blue I'm printing. if it helps at all the color I'm trying to print is called soft blue (hexcode 5bcefa) and its printing closer to Azure (hexcode 007AFF) the frustrating part is when I print an alignment page the color blue I want prints just fine but if I try to print an image with the color like I said it comes out much to dark.
