Hello and thank you for your patience as I try to explain the problem that I'm currently having.
My boyfriend and I got a new printer and he became a little too excitable during set up and pulled a white ribbon from SOMEWHERE. I know that sounds vague, so I've included an image so you can see where:

Nothing is frayed or looks broken and I'm wondering if it is something that can be placed back to whereever it come from or if it's just not worth it and is now junk (I'm really, really hoping not because this item just came out of the box).
