Hello Everyone - I hope you can help!
A little background:
HP Laser Jet 4050
The printer’s requirements are to have:
Tray 1 – Envelopes and pre-printed Bills on an ad-hoc basis
Tray 2 - Headed pre-printed A4 paper
Tray 3 – Plain A4 Paper
A typical command from the users XP machines are when printing letters first page to Tray 2 then the follow on page to Tray 3
The problem:
This normally works fine but recently it’s stopped working and will only print from Tray 3
After a little exploring I discovered when printing a configuration page under the paper trays and options section:
Mopier: on
Default paper size: A4
Tray 2 (CUSTOM)
Tray 3 (A4)
Duplex unit
I have had a fiddle and opened the trays and got tray 2 showing on a configuration page back to Tray 2 (A4) as it should but every time the users need to refill the paper its changing back.
I have attached the configuration page.
If anyone has any ideas please let me know!
