    Hello

I have some problem with my HP 2430 Laser printer.
The single sided mode works fine without any paper jam.

But when I use it in double sided mode the paper jams when the printer pull back the paper. So it pull back just a few inches and stop.
The first few pages are ok. After it when pull back the paper it stops and say 13.10.00 DUPLEX TURN AROUND, PAPER LATE JAM.
I clear the jam and the printing ok for a few more pages, and jams again.

Here is video about the problem: youtube.com/watch?v=nB6gUT8XAx0

    It has ~200k printed pages.

    Thanks for your help.

You may have better success at getting a reply by asking in the HP sub-forum.
