At work I am trying to fix a HP LaserJet 5000. We have a jetdirect 600n card in the printer. The problem is that when we try to print an 11x17 page (full of pictures and text) the printer says it is receiving data then does nothing. We can print letter size pages with no problem and 11x17 if it doesn't include much data. Does anyone know what could cause this? Thank you for your help.
