HP LaserJet 5500 (PN C7131A) multiple paper jams

Hi all,
I'm becoming crazy (ok, for the nick I'm already crazy ) with an HP LaserJet 5500 with P/N C7131A.
Even if I've replaced fuser kit, transfer kit and all rollers, I'm always (for every print) receiving a paper jam with the paper that doesn't want to enter in the fuser kit (it stops immediately before to enter the fuser).
This is the list of last error codes from the event log:

13.01.00 PAPER FEED 1, PAPER LATE JAM
13.0A.00 TOP OUTPUT BIN, PAPER STOPPED JAM
13.09.00 TOP OUTPUT BIN, PAPER LATE JAM
13.02.00 PAPER FEED 1, PAPER STOPPED JAM

I really don't know what to do, I've also made a cold reset and a firmware upgrade to last release.
Do you have any ideas for me? It's an important printer, we are a non-profit organization and we don't have possibility to purchase a new one

Hello, check dimension of paper tray, check rollers paper tray but if you are replaced this .. or clean with cloth all sensors.
