I been trying to get my old Photosmart 7620 to print without erroring out with error "Printer Failure" when trying to print with a new black ink cartridge.
I attempted to also replace the printhead with a new one from Amazon but either I get "printer failure" or it would not print black ink at all (but all other colors work).
I tried two different black ink cartridges and the original one but same error. Not sure what else to do, any suggestion what it could be?
I also wiped out all the black ink that was behind the printhead and any black ink I saw sweared inside it.
