HP Photosmart 7520 will not print black color

I am unable to print anything in black. Color and grey no problem. I am running Windows 10, I have cleaned printer heads, run alignment. Print quality test shows missing color black. I have reinstalled the printer and software and installed all new ink cartridges. Help! I printed light grey on coloured paper a couple of days ago, not able to print in black ever since then
