Have turned printer on and off, disconnected power and keep getting message stated in headline, it also says press ok to exit but that brings me to the quick form page and i can't go anywhere else. No home, cance, setup, etc. nothing. When I press circle type arrow which it says to do in quick form screen it goes back to the message. On my computer in HP utility says can't communicate with computer. My PC and it's printer work fine. I have a Mac 10.10 It is wireless and the wireless light is blinking the other computer and printer are wireless also and working fine
