I can not get my printer to print from an input from my computer. It will get a document stuck in the queue, and I can not delete it. I ran the special diagnostic tool provided by HP, and it got rid of the document, but then I clicked on the "test" button that is in the diagnostic tool and IT hung up in the queue! Although this is a wireless model, I am using it in the wired mode only. Any ideas?
O. K. Peoblem solved. I deleted the "wired" printer" and set up the wireless option, and now I can print with out problems (so far). First time for this digitally challenged senior citizen, but it turned out easier than i had thought. I also downloaded a driver, and installed it, so that might have been my problem all along.
