Hi All
I have an OKI C531dn and I tried a version of drum reset software which gave the printer a new lease of life for a while. I now find the printer printing faded black text which I assumed was showing end of life for the image drum. However I went to print from a website and the printer printed a flawless set of 3 sheets in colour.
all toners are showing more than 75% full.
Any advice please as I have ordered a new image drum but could it be something else.
