Hi.
I have an Oki B431D printer that leaves a black sort of repeating smear/pattern on almost all print outs and often has the page catch at the top as it comes through the rollers, often causing a printer jam.
I've manually cleaned as much as I can inside of it and want to run cleaning page. I've checked around online and found 2 options to do a cleaning page - one in the maintenance menu and one by holding the online button for 7 seconds while the printer is offline. The second option doesn't do anything and there is nowhere in the maintenance menu to actually print the cleaning page.
Any suggestions?
