hello my friends, i have the next problem :
i m using Ricoh Mp C3000 as an office printer. i want to limit the color print so i setup the next settings :
1. user auth management : user code
2.available functions for user auth : color is marked which means that BW is free to every user
3. on my address books i assigned codes for users that i want to print color, i gave rights to the user to use full color print based on that code
4. on printing preferences - valid access i put that code
when i want to print a full page photo from photo viewer i received the next message :
Full page photo Access Restricted
i can print from paint or irfanview
anyone, any idea ? thanks
