in print queue the status is "error - printing" on HP OfficeJet

    HP OfficeJet pro 6830 connected by Wifi on Windows 10 x64 version 2004
    I removed the printer from Printers and devices, I deleted the HP drivers from printer management, and rebooted.
    I downloaded the HP software and ran it: OJ6830_Basicx64_74.exe
    The setup process went smooth, but I get the error in the thread title.
    I can send mobile faxes via HP Smart, I can print via Google Cloud Print, but I can't run a normal print job without error.
    I tried connecting the printer to the network by cable, and I got the same error.

    It works much better when the printer is connected by USB. Then if you run the HP installer again, it gives you an option to convert a USB printer to a wireless printer.
