Can't purgue printing queue Brother HL-5350DN

Hi all;

I've a Brother HL-5350DN in a network. When I install it with the Windows 8 wizard it uses a WSD port. I have Administrator privileges on my W8 user.

My problem is that the printer have a document with printing error in the queu and I can't purgue it. When I open the printing queu, right click on the document and press cancel, it says Access Denied. I can't "Cancel All Jobs" because it's grey and I don't have any option of "Open as Administrator"

I tried to reboot to default the machine (turn off, turn on pressing the Go button, wait until Status is off, and pressing six times Go) but the document remains in the queu. I tried to use the BrotherNetTool but it doesn't find the printer... I don't know what more I can do.

Some help would be appreciated. Thanks
