Incompatibility with Monterey 12.1

[Need Guidance Guy]

I use an iMac along with my old printer MFC-J6520DW.

After upgrading IOS to 12.1, the printer can’t be recognized.

Brother Support told me there is no work around and that all Brother printers have similar issues.

Has anyone had success with Brother on IOS 12.2?

Also, is it better to switch to a laser printer

Evening, when you mentioned Laser, do you need mono only or a colour laser?
