Ink not making it to printer head (lines were flushed and clear).

Hey guys,

Thanks for reading. I have a Brother MFC-490CW. It sat for sometime before trying to revitalize it. Lines 'were' blocked, but I've since thoroughly flushed them. After that, it finally printed, but only black and yellow. Cyan and Magenta do not make it to printer head, that is, without flushing, in which case the cleaning solution does make it to the printer head without issue. I've tried printing 20+ pages of just cyan and magenta to no avail. Any suggestions?

Below is an image of the printer. Unsure what the felt runoff tank is that's full of magenta?? Also not sure what the lines to the right are.
