I have a 2710 all in one, I never use the color ink, when the black ink is out and I want to replace it a window opens and say "replace the color ink". without replacing the color ink the printer dose not work. This cost me a lot. Any suggestion?
Both of your carts have black ink in them. You need to specify which cart to use when printing in black only. You probably are printing using the black in from your color cart.. You can find this selection under your printer properties.
