Inkpad is at the end of its lifetime

Hello dear community,

a) the ink pad of my Epson WF-7710 is at the end of its lifespan. Consequence: Printer no longer prints.

b) Epson Support recommends changing the waste ink tank T671100.
I changed the tank, but the error shown does not go away. Epson Support does not know the solution.

c) Found a "WIC" software on the Internet. None of the software recognizes my printer, so no reset possible.

- Does anyone know how I can get my printer to print again?
- How can I reset?

Am grateful for any help.
