Is anybody familiar with the drum’s copper contact points op Intec CP2020.
My machine had problems with Magenta toner. The problem is the drum’s copper contact point and the fram to hold the points.
Intec Printer Solutions told me that there are no spare parts since the machine is out of order.
I wan't believe that there are no more parts somewhere in the world.
