ip4500 printer reset?

Hi-
I have a canon ip4500. I have replaced all the ink cartridges this morning when a magenta began flashing and when replaced others began flashing. Even though the magenta and cyan and black looked to be half full or more.
Now none of the cartridges are flashing so I thought it would print just fine but the amber light blinks 4 times (ink cartridge problem indicator) and it won't print.
Am I in some chip reader hell??
Is there a way to reset the printer?

Search Youtube for the Canon IP reset video (called "Reseting Newer Canon IP and MP Series Printers") by "InternetInkcouk". Helped me, hope it helps you!
