Is a Brother colour printer DCP-J132W repairable?

I have a Brother B/W printer built like the preverbal Brick XXXX XXXXX HOUSE but the Brother Colour printer is very different. I suspect its inability to print colour is my fault in that I didn’t use it for several months and now however much I go through the cleaning the jets procedure all I get is a yellowy mess.

Is a replacement printing head the answer and more to the point is such a thing available?
