Kodak 2150 printer wouldn't start up when i push power button.

Kodak 2150 printer wouldn't shut down when the power button was pushed. I pulled the power cord and it shut down.
The next day I went to start it and nothing happens when I push the power button, yes the power cord is plugged in and the little green light is showing on the power cord adaptor
. I need help, thank
