hi all
i've got the above printer and its driving us nuts!
it used to work fine but now its useless
its 2 years old, heres a list of problems we've started to get
1, after printing a couple of pages you get the paper jam and have to feed each piece of paper through manually, error code 3524
2, wifi problem, it doesnt keep the wifi once its been turned off and on again.
3, poor ink useage. ive put brand new ink in and the yellow keeps running out, not printing much with a yellow colour, ive managed to get around 80 prints
4, ink banding, no matter if i use kodak ink or a 3rd party its the same problem
ive run all the maintenance suggested, calibrate, clean print head, test prints after both with the same problems listed above.
any ideas how to rectify any of these problems
