Hi all, I am a newby to the forum and thanks for having me
I am having a printing problem with my all-in-one printer.
It will print pictures but when I try to print a document it makes the sound as if it is printing but nothing is printed.
I have uninstalled, reinstalled and downloaded the latest drivers but it is still the same.
I have also tried it using my other computer and it is the same.
One thing I have to say is that the ink I am using is not Kodak, it was purchased off the internet. I don't use my printer very much and I only tried it out on a picture to do the testing of it. The old Kodak cartridges were empty and were discarded.
Has anyone else had similar problems when using non Kodak ink.
