Hello world.
I'd like to buy a cylinder in which a fusing lamp is put into. Surface is full of burned toner so there are many stains on printed paper. It's impossible to remove burned toner so I have already damaged a surface. Any suggestions about spare part ( part number, supplier, etc.) or removing a burned toner without damaging a cylinder surface? Feel freely to send me an e-mail for pictures I would sent them for better perception. Thank you very much!
