I would like to know if there is a way to password protect a document sent to one e-mail address. I can turn on FTP encryption and set a password at the printer under the Org./Sending Data Format tab. However, doing so then password protects every document scanned whether it is a folder or an e-mail. This is for an executive who needs documents to require a password to be entered prior to viewing on his computer.

Is there a way to do this? Are there alternatives I may be overlooking. I have admin rights to access and make changes via the IP address of the printer as well as admin rights on the printer.

Thanks!
