hello everybody,
I'm new here, and have a very serious problem. My customer recently asked to replace maintenance kit on printer Kyocera TaskAlfa 5500i,, I did so and got very unpleasant surprise, the document was printed only on half of the page. I thought of developer and drum kits, replaced them with used ones from other printer and the ones removed from this printer. Got no result. lately I've noticed that, when I remove Developer with drum unit and put it back, printer work much better. What I mean is, the page is fully printed but one side is significantly lighter than the other..
will be much appreciated for your help, and in future will try to help you resolve any problem that I may know..
