Hi,
We have 5 Kyocera TASKalfa MZ3200i printers installed across multiple PCs in our company, and I'm in the process of configuring the Secure Print feature. While I’ve managed to set up most of the configuration, I'm facing challenges with two specific aspects and would appreciate any help or suggestions to make the process more efficient.
I appreciate any tips or solutions that could help with these issues.
Thank you in advance!

- Efficient Job Settings Configuration
I need to configure the job settings for Secure Print on each PC where printer is installed, and for all users who are logged into those PCs. It seems like this is a very time-consuming task, especially as we have many users. Does anyone know of a more efficient way to apply these settings across multiple PCs or printers without having to manually configure each one individually? - Disabling the “Number of Copies” Prompt for Secure Print
When printing a secure print job, after entering the password to release the print, the printer prompts for how many copies to print. I would like to disable this prompt to streamline the process. Is there a way to disable this specific window? I’ve attached a screenshot of the prompt for reference.
I appreciate any tips or solutions that could help with these issues.
Thank you in advance!
