We have a Kyocera Taskalfa 3500i and the issue is that the printer will consistently detect paper jams whenever we try and print (no, there are no paper jams, even in the back). This is an issue present in both tray 1 and tray 2 (but more consistently in tray 1). The rollers in tray 1 were replaced, and that did not fix the issue. Any suggestions on any printer repair places that service New York area?
