If you have correctly installed and configured a label printer such as the Zebra 2844, and set the default print size to match your labels (say 40mm x 25mm), windows sometimes tries to override these default print settings based on the size of the document being printed (ie: a web page at A4).
On zebra label printers to disable windows from doing this, and allow printing by default at the correct label size, please try the following
1) Open 'Devices & Printers' from Control Panel
2) Right Click your label printer icon
3) Under the 'Printer Settings' tab, check the box labelled 'Override application default settings' (always use driver default settings)
4) Save settings (you may need to re-assign your default print size, by right clicking the printer icon and selecting 'Printer Preferences'.
If this doesn't help right away, please try setting your label printer as your default printer. Sometimes Google Chrome will default to A4 if you have a laser printer as your default printer, then, when you switch to a label printer, the A4 settings will override any default label size.
