I recently obtained a Lexmark platinum series 901 printer. Everything worked fine until I discovered I had to have all 4 ink cartridges full to fully work the printer (this is not the problem).

I purchased some ink cartridges and installed them on the printer. Everything was working fine until I encountered an error

The printer kept displaying print-head error.
It told me to clean the print-head contacts, re-insert the print-head and turn off and on the printer.

After cleaning the print-head for around 30 minutes and encountering the same error I left it alone.

This was yesterday. Today, It worked fine and I printed several test and alignment pages. Then afterwards it gave me the error again and didn't want to print anything because it gave me the same print head error.

I don't know what to do. I uploaded some pictures so you can see what the print-head looks like without me having to do any cleaning or changes.

Thank You for your time :)

A loose contact between the print head and the printer might be the cause of this error. To avoid this error, be sure the ink cartridge is firmly locked when installed in the printer. Clean also the contacts in the printer side. If the problem persist, replace the ink cartridge. It might be defective.
