I have a Lexmark CS510de that we have had to replace the Imaging Kit twice in just a few months due to damage to the 'rollers' as part of the kit.
Not sure what each roller is called.
The first time the Magenta and Black was severely scrapped or gouged and it dumped an excessive amount of toner on the page, it was also making an awful noise.
The second time it's just the Magenta roller. I'm at a loss as to what would do this kind of damage; would compatible toner cause that type of damage?
I'm curious if anyone has seen this type of a problem before!
