Lexmark Inkjet Pro 915 printer error 2

    Getting printer error 2 contact Lexmark customer service.
    Does anyone have an idea on how to solve this problem.
    Have turned printer off, waited a bit, and turned it on.
    Have downloaded and installed "new" driver from Lexmark creating copy1 printer icon
    repeated turning printer off, waiting and turning back on
    Nothing had any effect. Printer screen briefly display standard initial screen then displays message about printer error 2.

    Was having problems with dozens of rectangles about 1/2 inch wide and 5/8 in long, each one composed of "lines" being printed on top of document text. Multiple documents and spreadsheets.,
    Removed printhead- cleaned with cloth and reinstalled. Thats when I first got error 2 message. Removed and reinstalled printhead a couple of times and still get message.

    Hoping someone knows a solution

    Printer error 2

    Have eliminated that error message by repeated removal and cleaning of print head

    Still have problem of "squares" being printed. Printed word doc, spreadsheet and printer test page. Documents print fine just have random squares overlaid on text. Squares are various shades of gray and composed of a series of very closely spaced lines
