I have a brand new Lexmark MS310dn that goes to sleep and won't wake up unless I power cycle it. I've been through the manual and the web-interface with no luck.
The manual describes a sleep function (the machine will wake up if a print job is sent it's way) and a hibernate function. I believe the machine is hibernating, though I have set it not to hibernate for a week. I have the sleep setting set at the maximum time (120 minutes).
The manual describes an "Energy Conserve" option needs to be set to off in order to enable a check box to turn off the sleep mode. I believe the printer is sleeping (moon lights up on the printer), but it just doesn't want to wake up properly.
