Lexmark MS811n problem

hi guys,
I have a problem with my printer and I dont know how to fix it.. I tried everything, new toners, cleaning, editing contrast etc..

I have uploaded a photo as attachment, so you can see whats going on.. The middle is just blank..

Hi,

i guess it is the black Transferroll(with the blue gear on the right side)which is located under the photoconductor. It also can be the High voltage board, which can not load the Transferroll properly

You could also have dust blocking the laser itself. Take a can of Air and there should be an opening slit that you can use the tube to give quick blasts, do not shake the can or turn it upside down to do this.
It can also be the transfer roller with the blue gear someone else suggested and is the most likely suspect
