I have a problem with a networked Lexmark mx511de.
The situation: The paper size keeps changing in the printer's configuration console (tray 1 from letter to A4 or A5)
Here is the problem: Once a secretary sends a print request from an Excel file, the printer gives a ''paper size error''.The user needs to press on the OK button to force the print and then the printer asks if the user wants the default paper size to be changed... Usually, the user doesn't read the question and presses on OK (which enables the paper size change ). Even if I ask the secretaries not to press on the OK button, they still do. Can this option be locked or removed from the control panel? In need the configuration to stay on letter for tray 1.
