Lexmark z34 always wants to adjust cartridges, how stop it?

Hi,

my Lemark z34 asks evey time I want to print to adjust the cartridges. Takes a long time and wastes ink.

What to do, how to stop it from asking me?

Machine: Win xp, 32bit, asus a6rp Notebook
