Long time to wait for toner

Anyone else have this concern? I had my machine replaced with a newer model (MFCL3750CDW) as it was still under Brother warranty. I received the new machine right away, but the box contained no toner, any manuals, or any installation CD. I need the ink because the new model takes different cartridges than the previous model. It's been almost a one month wait - and still no ink - anyone else have to wait this long?

I did not experience such but you should contact the provided to check on the problem why the toner can't arrive yet. It's really frustrating to receive such kind of service. I wish you'll get your toner soon.
