MB 5060 printer offline

My printer was working ok until I wanted to change the ink tanks. After getting the yellow tank changed I couldn't get any response from the printer, unable to change any more inks and I think as a consequence the printer won't operate until the ink tanks are replaced. There is a little ink in the remaining tanks. Powering down and up doesn't achieve any thing.
