MF Canon 735CX: unable to access via browser as "system manager"

Hi all,
I'm no longer able to remotely access the printer using "system manager ID/PIN".

We still keep our default credentials, none has changed them.

No problem to remotely access in "Remote UI Access PIN" mode.

No problem to access onsite by "system manager ID/PIN" default credentials, directly from the printer itself.

Then the problem is only to access remotely, via browser, as administrator using the "system manager ID/PIN" credentials.

model: MF Canon 735 CX

anybody has an idea to sort it out?
